Nathan Casey, the proud owner of Casey’s Sugar House in Saranac, NY, has always loved making maple syrup since being a kid. His maple sugaring business now resides in a small, wooden sugarhouse he built with his father.



Jennifer Facteau-Rabideau is the proud owner of Small Town Health Care, the first Nurse-Managed Primary Care Office to open in Plattsburgh, NY. This is a big deal as there are only 250 health clinics across America run completely by nurse practitioners.
