REDNECK BISTRO – is a great new BBQ joint for the working man, owned and operated by Bogdan and Ania Polack. After being in business for less than one year, they learned their landlord was selling the building and that they would have to move. They found a great new location, but it needed upgrades, which would require a loan. Their bank suggested they contact the SBDC for help. Working with Advisor Angela Smith they discussed funding options for the project. After talking with multiple lenders, as restaurants are notoriously difficult to fund, they finally opted for a home equity loan with a Credit Union in VT.  Visit them at their new location at The Pines Inn, 2302 Saranac Lake Avenue, Lake Placid, NY 12946.
